Extreme risk: these launches are under an hour old with little to no real trading history. This is an early-launch risk screen, not a ranking of upside: passing its safety checks means no confirmed risk mechanism was found among a narrow checklist, not that a token is safe, or that it will keep moving, graduate, or ever be worth anything. Most launches this young fail. Nothing here is financial advice.

How this screen is ranked
Launches from the last 60 minutes, too young for New Launches' own volume gates or for a momentum reading (that needs 30+ minutes of trading history StonkScout can't have yet). This screen doesn't try to guess which one takes off; it removes anything showing a confirmed rug mechanism and scores what's left on how clean its remaining signals are.
Dropped outright, not just scored down, if confirmed true (an unknown value never disqualifies): the top 10 wallets hold 60%+ once there are at least 15 holders to make that reading meaningful. Mint and freeze authority are verified on-chain per token too, but not shown or scored: every StonkFun launch renounces both by construction, so on this screen's own population it never varies and would just be wasted weight; see the docs for the full reasoning.
What survives is scored on: whether a known whale of an established platform token (see the Holders docs) is already among its holders (the one signal here that's genuinely hard to fake, since it takes a real wallet with a real, costly prior position), how fast real buying is moving the bonding curve, distinct holder count, and holder concentration. A value that couldn't be read scores as neutral, never a guessed pass or fail.
