At least a week old and under $2,500 of 24h volume, nobody is clearly running it, but holding something a new team could build on: the OG position as the first token ever launched against its stock, the obvious name for that pair, a peak market cap proving it once had a crowd, a paid-holder base that still exists, or a graduated market to trade on.
