StonkScout user guide

Data, holders & limitations

What is verified, what is estimated, and what the app cannot know.

Estimate rewards with your own holding

When a payout model is available, Use my holding fills the calculator from your connected external wallet, or your active Quick Trade wallet when no external wallet is connected. The amount uses the current token price. You can also enter a hypothetical USD holding manually.

The current feed does not provide a verified minimum holding requirement. StonkScout cannot confirm eligibility; every scenario assumes the holding qualifies. Dollar payout totals use current reward-asset prices because historical payout-time prices are unavailable.

Where the data comes from

StonkFun provides project snapshots, launches, and reward records. Jupiter provides market and routing data used by the app. Solana RPC reads provide balances, mint information, and holder analytics. These sources can update at different times and cover different activity.

StonkScout caches and limits some expensive requests. A page is not a synchronized snapshot of the entire chain. Read source labels, timestamps, and chart intervals before comparing values.

Confirmed, estimated, and unknown

Source-confirmed means the displayed value was obtained from its stated source. It does not verify every claim made by the token project. Estimated means a calculation or approximation; unknown means the app could not establish the value.

An unknown holder count or concentration means the scan was incomplete or unavailable. It is not a verified zero, and an unknown field does not by itself indicate fraud.

Holder counts and whale labels

Real-wallet concentration attempts to distinguish ordinary holders from recognized pools and program-owned accounts. Read the detailed holder guide for the specific exclusions and fallback behavior.

A whale label ties a wallet to a qualifying holding in an established platform token. Where available, the label includes its rank and token. This is evidence of a holding, not the owner’s identity, skill, insider access, or intention to keep holding.

One person can control multiple wallets. A broad-looking distribution or an active trade feed cannot prove that activity is organic. An absent whale trade can also reflect the feed’s supported pairs and coverage.

What StonkScout cannot guarantee

Scores, token listings, verified source values, and past payouts do not guarantee safety, liquidity, sellability, future rewards, or profits. Thin markets and new launches can change before a quote executes.

An unsupported token means it is outside the app’s current coverage, not that it is necessarily malicious. Conversely, support does not mean endorsement. External token links are supplied research leads, not trusted instructions.

Public wallets and private credentials

Solana addresses and transaction histories are public on-chain. Looking up an address does not require its private key. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into StonkScout’s token search, an error report, or a community message.

Connected wallet and market requests involve the app and its configured providers. This guide is not a claim that browsing is anonymous or a substitute for provider privacy terms. Keep public transaction evidence separate from recovery credentials.
